Sanny Ong is a wife, mother of two, small business owner, and Redding resident of more than a decade who is running for the Redding Elementary School District Board to put families and student learning first.
She had taught at a local preschool and served in her church’s children’s ministry, giving her firsthand experience with how young children learn and what they need to thrive. As a parent and business owner, she understands the importance of strong academics, responsible spending, and schools that partner with families — not replace them.
Sanny believes every child deserves a focused education in reading, writing, math, science, and history, free from political agendas. She will work to restore parental rights, raise academic standards, and protect taxpayer dollars so our schools serve students and the community well.
Parental Rights
Parents are the primary educators and decision-makers — not the school.
Academic Excellence
Reading, writing, math, and critical thinking first — always.
Transparency
